I stopped in looking for a few screen printing supplies and was surprised they had everything I needed in stock, including the ink, emulsion, and squeegee size I was looking for. Everything was easy to find, and checkout was quick and simple. Smooth experience overall, no complaints from me.

"Decent once I got the hang of it"
I picked this up a little while ago, the first day or two were a bit confusing. It took me some time to figure out how everything worked, so I wouldn’t say it’s the easiest option for beginners. After using it for a bit longer, though, it started to make more sense. Overall, it’s okay, just expect a learning curve at the start.

"This squeegee has been good..."
This squeegee has been good so far. It feels sturdy in hand and pulls ink smoothly, definitely better than the cheaper one I was using before. The handle is comfortable too, so it’s easy to work with for a while. I knocked off one star because the edge started showing a little wear sooner than I expected, but overall it does the job well.

"Pretty good customer service overall"
I had a question about my order and, i wasn’t sure how quickly they’d get back to me. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping at first, but once they replied, the answer was clear and they helped sort everything out without making it complicated. So yeah, overall it was a good experience, and I’d probably order from them again

"Definitely not enough options"
I was expecting way more silkscreen options, but the selection felt seriously limited. Like, I’m absolutely sure some basic items and sizes I needed just weren’t there. The site itself is fine, no major complaints there, but I couldn’t find nearly enough to make placing an order feel worth it

One item was missing from my order, so I emailed support and they did end up sending it out. It all worked out in the end, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. Based on this, I’d say they’ll fix problems if you reach out, just don’t expect it to be instant.

"My order wasn’t quite what I needed"
I ordered a few screen printing items, and one of the sizes ended up being wrong when it arrived. The rest of my order was fine, but that one mistake threw me off because I needed that exact size to keep things moving on my end. Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I really expected my order to be checked a little more carefully before it was shipped.

"Staff didn’t seem super sure"
I ordered from silkscreeningsupplies.com and, like, had a few basic questions before I bought anything. The staff did answer me, but it kind of felt like they were just guessing or maybe reading straight from the website. I was hoping for a little guidance on picking the right supplies, and I didn’t really walk away with clear advice.
Shipping was fine, and the items did show up, so it wasn’t a totally bad experience or anything. But, I mean, for screen printing supplies, I expected the staff to know a bit more. I’d probably order again if I knew exactly what I needed, but I don’t think I’d ask them for help next time.

The colors looked good overall, but the ink dried a bit thicker than I was expecting. It was fine to use, just not totally what I had in mind.

I’m really disappointed with this stencil. The lines came out blurry and it was frustrating to try to line everything up properly. I gave it a fair shot, but it just didn’t work the way I expected. I’d like someone to follow up with me about a replacement or refund because this isn’t acceptable

"Easier return than I expected"
I had to return an item it was painless. Compared to some other places I’ve dealt with, this went a lot smoother. It did take a couple of days to hear back, but once they responded, the refund came through without any issues and the staff was helpful enough.

I’ve ordered from Silk Screen Supplies a few times now, the delivery has been on point. Tracking worked just fine, nothing showed up busted or missing, so no complaints there. I’m not looking for anything extra, just need my supplies to show up when they’re supposed to, and they’ve done that. I’d def order again.

"Honestly worked WAY better than I expected"
I tried this emulsion on a few screens and was actually impressed. It coated on nice and smooth, burned clean, and washed out without giving me a headache. I ran a small batch of prints with it too and it held up GREAT. So far, no complaints at all.

I reached out to tech support because I was having an issue with screen exposure, and to be fair, they did get back to me. It just took longer than I was hoping, which made me a little nervous because I didn’t want to keep wasting time or materials trying to guess my way through it.
The support person was friendly and did share a couple of useful tips, but I had to follow up twice before I felt like I got a straight answer. It wasn’t rude or anything, just kind of felt like they were moving fast and I was trying not to lose more progress on something that should’ve been simple.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t amazing either. I did manage to get the problem mostly figured out, but I’d feel a lot better if their replies were faster and a bit more detailed the first time around.
